Shipping

Initial delivery is completely free of charge.

If you wish to return a product because you have changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the product arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, we will cover all return shipping costs.

 

Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with UK consumer law.

Items must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping costs paid by the customer (in the case of returns due to change of mind) are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

If your item is faulty or damaged, you can request a free replacement within 7 days of delivery.

If you prefer, you can also request a full refund instead of an exchange.
